Lovely soft hand dyed mohair yarn.

Each Skein is 100gm (3.5ozs) and approximately 200 to 220 meters in length or 218 to 240 yards.

A long scarf , a one hank poncho or a triangle scarf that opens into a wonderfully light shawl, all of these can be made from one skein. Because of the natural texture of boucle, you need only knit in garter (plain) stitch.

This is a chucky weight or 12ply yarn even though it doesn't look it and is best knitted on 6mm or US size 10 or larger. 6mm (US10) will give a dense fabric. Using a 15mm or US19 will give a light open lacy look like our triangle shawls.

78% Mohair, 13% Wool & 9% Nylon.

Hand wash in wool mix.

As with any hand-dyed yarn, when making a garment from more than one skein, you would knit two rows from one skein then two rows from the other, to blend the colours.
